Training for July 21 - 27th

Here is the training for this week:  Monday: Nap or OD workout  Tuesday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga!  Wednesday: OD Run, Bike or Hike 2:00  Thursday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga!  Friday: 6:15am, Turtle Rock, Breakfast Club Rollerski!  Weekend: Have fun and do something awesome!

July 14 - 20

Hope everyone had a great 4th! Here is the training for the week.   Monday: Off or OD workout, this is a good day to swim! Tuesday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga! Wednesday: 5pm, Stadium Parking Lot OD run! Thursday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga! Friday: 6:15am, Turtle Rock, Breakfast Club Saturday: OD work out Sunday:  Off or OD workout, this is a good day to swim!
