Greetings from Slovakia!!! Just wanted to check in with all of you and let you know how things are going here. I hope that training is going well for you and you are all getting pumped for SOHO!  The course here is very similar in that there are ton of hills that are really steep. A series of quick ups and downs is the essence of this race, some that make your stomach drop, but it's all really fun!  Remember when you are skiing at SOHO to keep your wits about you.  Stay confident and know that you can ski all of those hills.  Think positive when the legs are burning, the corners are sharp, and your skis are melting the snow below. Use your arms to guide your balance. Let the speed be your friend and enjoy every second! The first race here is Sunday, a 1.6k sprint. I am holding out for the distance races, and will be racing a 10k classic on Wednesday.  I will let you know how it goes.  Until then, keep up the great training! I have seen some incredible progress for many of you...I
