Monday:  Classic Skiing / 20 Min. Warm Up / Drills / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Rest Day Take a Nap

Wednesday:  Classic Ski / 30 min. Warm Up / Gravity Intervals 4 x 30 sec. / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday:  Skate Ski Over Distance 1:00

Friday:  Skate Ski 15 min. Warm Up / Game / 10 min. Cool Down

Saturday:  Cowboy Chase!  Come, watch and eat some dinner!

Sunday:  Off!
