Aug 1 - 7

Woah!!  I can't believe we are headed into August.  I hope that you are stoked to start some fall sports soon.  I will continue to put training suggestions up on the blog through out the blog and if you need some extra stoke join the UW team for some of their training sessions!! July 4th - 10th

Hi Everybody! I hope that you had a fantastic 4th!!!  This is going to be a mid summer recovery week so the goal is to rest up and get ready to do some fantastic training for the rest of the summer!
