Thursday Am:  Off!  Sleep In!
Thursday Pm:  Classic Skiing 10 min. warm up / leg speeds / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Skate Skiing / 10 min. warm up / Game / 10 min. cool down

Saturday:  Cowboy Chase 3k Costume Race!

Sunday:  Rest Day
