Wednesday:  Rest Day!  Or Active Recovery easy run or ski / Stretching, Rolling and Yoga

Thursday:  Skate or Classic / 20 min. Warm Up / 20 min. Natural Intervals / 10 min Cool Down

Friday:  Skate or Classic / 2:00 Over Distance

Saturday:  Skate or Classic / 2:00 Over Distance

Sunday:  Rest Day!
