10th Week - Intensity Block

I can't believe we are headed into the 10th week of our season!  That means after this week we only have 5 weeks left!  That is crazy! 

In the next few weeks, we are really going to be honing in on some technique work and working on gaining some more speed and faster tempo and turn over.

Here is what training will look like this week:

Monday:  No practice!  Active recovery walk and Yoga on your own. 

Tuesday am:  Core and Yoga on Your Own
Tuesday pm:  Skate Skiing / 20 min. Warm Up / 45 min. Down Hill Practice / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  Rest Day
Wednesday pm:  Run / Core & Yoga 

Thursday am:  20-30 min. Run
Thursday pm:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm up / 6 x 2 min. Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday am: Rest Day
Friday pm: Skate Ski / 10 min. Warm up / 45 min. V2 Alternate practice / 10 min. Cool Down 

Saturday: No Practice / Rest Day or 1:15 OD Ski on your own

Sunday: Rest Day
