Monday:

Classic Skiing Warm-up 20 min./ Drills/Cool Down 15 min.

Tuesday:

Classic Skiing Warm-up 20 min./ Intervals 4x5 min./ 15 min. cool down

Wednesday:

Skate skiing meet up at Happy Jack at 10:00 am 20 min. Warm up/General Strength/ 20 min. cool down

Thursday:

No Practice HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Ski on your own if you can 2:00 - 2:30 LSD

Friday:

Skate Ski LSD 1:50

Saturday:

No Practice. Skate Ski on your own 1:30
