20 min. warm up / 45 min. strength / 15 min. cool down

WAXING!

Friday:

Freestyle race / Sprint Relay / Leave time 11 am / Start time 1:00 pm

Team dinner 6:30 pm

Saturday

Freestyle race / 5k varsity 3k JV / Start time 9:30 am
