Training for the Week!

Monday:

Skate Skiing: Warm-up 20 min/ Drills/ Cool Down 15 min.

Tuesday:

Warm-up 20 min./ General Strength/ 15 min. Cool down

Wednesday:

5 at 5! We will be participating in the 5 at 5 race. The UW team and us will be using these races to fundraise for a new timing system! Bring worm cloths and a head lamp if you have it.

Thursday:

Classic Ski: Warm-up 20 min./ 30 min. double pole & 16 min. single stick/ Cool down 15 min.

Friday:

LSD Classic ski 1:15
