Monday: Skate Skiing Warm up 15 min. / Drills 25 min. / Cool Down 10 min

Tuesday: Skate Skiing Warm up 15 min. / Intervals 3 x 2 min. / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday: 10 min. Warm up / General Strength / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday: Classic Skiing Warm up 15 min. / 2 x 7 min. Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday: 1:10 min LSD
