Intensity Week

Hope that everyone is having a great summer of training! I just got back from from Vancouver were we did 16 hours of sea kayaking! What an awesome way to stay fit.

This week is an intensity week.

Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: Strength and Yoga 50 min.
Wednesday: Run or Rollerski 50:00
Thursday: Strength and Yoga 50 min.
Friday: Run LSD 1:30
Saturday: 5k running race or 30 min basic endurance
Sunday: 2;00 LSD Rollerski or Bike
