Strength & Yoga

I know some of you are finishing up with your fall sports so if you are looking for a way to stay fit before ski seasons starts you can come join the UW team on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 in the HS weight room for strength and then yoga.  Hope to see you all there!

If you are still doing your fall sport I hope things are going well and we will see you in a couple months!
