Thursday: Classic Skiing / 30 min. Active Recovery / 6 leg speeds
Friday: Leave for Casper at 6:00 am / Skate Sprints / Start Time 11 am
Saturday: Classic Race 10 k Varsity 5 k JV / Start time 9:30 am
