Here we are, first week of practice!!

Monday:  Meet in the LHS Cafeteria at 3:30 / Go over team Information / Fill out surveys / split into groups / Check out equipment

Parents Meeting @ 7:30 in the LHS Conference Rm

Tuesday:  Running Warm Up 30 min. / Strength Circuit in the Park / 15 min. Cool Down

Wednesday:  Running Warm Up 30 min. / Hill Bounding / 30 min. Cool Down

Thursday:  Running Warm Up 30 min. / Strength Circuit in the Park / 15 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Running Warm Up 30 min. / Game / 15 min. Cool Down
