Week 4

Hi All!

It has been a great start to the season especially considering we have no snow!  You guys rock our worlds!

We are going to attempt to do some rollerblading/skiing this week!  We have a few sets of rollerblades in the ski room so if you don't have any come talk to Dan or I!

It will be mandatory that you have a helmet for our rollerskis!!  

Here is the plan for the week!

Monday Morning:  General Strength starting @ 6:30 am / Weight Room
Monday Afternoon:  30 min. Warm up Run / Drills / 15 min. Cool Down / Post Workout Nutrition Talk

Tuesday:  30 min. Warm up Run / Strength Ciruit / 30 min. Cool Down Run

Wednesday Morning:  General Strength starting @ 6:30 am / Weight Room
Wednesday:  1:00 hr Agility and Skate Technique on Rollerskis

Thursday:  30 min. Warm up Run / Strength Ciruit / 30 min. Cool Down Run

Friday:  Over distance Rollerski on the Green Belt

Saturday:  Over distance Ski in the Snowys

Sunday: Off!
