Week 2 - Thanksgiving Camp

This is our biggest week of training!  Make sure you are staying hydrated, eating and sleeping!

Monday am:  Meet @ 6 am / LHS Weight Room / Be ready to run / Core Strength 30 min.
Monday pm:  Classic Skiing / 30 min. Warm up / 30 min. Body Position Drills & progression / 30 min. Cool Down

After practice we will vote on Team Captains and do a short talk.

Tuesday:  Skate Skiing / 30 min. Warm up / Body Position & Technique / Hill Training / 30 min.

Wednesday:  Thanksgiving Camp Meet @ 9:00 am LHS Teachers Lot / Chimney Park / Classic Over Distance Ski & Technique Work 2:30 Hours.

Thursday:  Happy Thanksgiving!  No Practice / Ski on your own 2:00 Hours.

Friday:  Thanksgiving Camp Meet @ 1:00 pm LHS Teachers Lot / Happy Jack / Skate Over Distance & Technique Work 2:30 Hours.

Saturday:  Thanksgiving Camp  Classic ski 30 min. Warm up / Time Trial  / 30 min. Cool Down
Saturday Pm:  Video at Ferne's House!

BRING FOOD FOR AFTER PRACTICE!!
