Working out Imbalances

Hi All! This is a great time of year to start working out any imbalances you may have gotten from skiing all winter.  So the UW team is starting to work on it this week! You are welcome to any or all of the practices this week. Monday:  Rest Day Tuesday:  6:30 am meet at Cross Fit 7220 Run/Core/Strength                 5:30 pm Yoga Education Gym Wednesday:  On your own Thursday:  6:30 am meet at Cross Fit 7220 Run/Core/Strength Friday:  6:30 am meet at Turtle Rock Coffee - OD Run Saturday:  Go Ski! Sunday:  Go Ski!

Starting back up!

Hi All! I know that most of you are right smack dab in the middle of your spring sports seasons but just in case you are looking for something to do the UW team is starting training again!! Here is the schedule for this week: Thursday: 6:30 am Run / 7:00 am Core & Strength at Cross Fit 7220 I will keep you updated as more starts!
