Working out Imbalances
Hi All!
This is a great time of year to start working out any imbalances you may have gotten from skiing all winter. So the UW team is starting to work on it this week!
You are welcome to any or all of the practices this week.
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: 6:30 am meet at Cross Fit 7220 Run/Core/Strength
5:30 pm Yoga Education Gym
Wednesday: On your own
Thursday: 6:30 am meet at Cross Fit 7220 Run/Core/Strength
Friday: 6:30 am meet at Turtle Rock Coffee - OD Run
Saturday: Go Ski!
Sunday: Go Ski!
