4th Week - Endurance Block

We are off to a great start to the season!  We got some great skiing last week and a good time trial.  I hope you all got some rest on Sunday and are ready for another full week.

Sadly, our Jackson race was canceled so we will be here for the week. We will have a skate time trial out at Chimney park on Saturday and will be doing a waxing clinic Friday. 

Please check out the updated training for the week:

Monday am:  Core on your own

Monday pm:  Skate skiing / 20 min. Warm-up / 30 min. Technique work / 20 min. Ski

Tuesday am:  20 - 30 min. Run on your own

Tuesday pm:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm-up /  30 min. Hill Resistance / 10 min. Cool Down 

Wednesday am:  Core on your own

Wednesday pm: Skate Skiing / 1:15 Over Distance or Run Core and Yoga 

Thursday am:  20 - 30 min. Run on your own

Thursday: Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm-up / 30 min. Double pole Specific Strength / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday: Waxing Clinic!  Wax skate skis for Saturday / 30 min. L1 Run 

Saturday: Skate Ski / 5k Time Trial at Chimney Park 

Sunday: Day Off! REST!!
