6 & 7 Week - Endurance Block
Greetings Skiers!
I can't believe we are headed into winter break! The season is going so quickly! It is important to keep training through the break so you don't lose the fitness you have gained. Also, this is a great time to do a lot of skiing! All of the practices over the break will be from 8:30 to 12:30. Chimney Park got some new snow so we will head out there for practice.
Here is the training for the next 2 weeks:
12/22/25 Monday:
1:30 OD Classic Ski at Chimney Park Leave at 8:30 am / 30 min. No Pole and Single Stick Technique Work
12/23/25 Tuesday:

12/24/25 - Wednesday:
NO PRACTICE / SKI ON YOUR OWN! / Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm-up / 35 min. Hill resistance / 10 min. Cool down
12/25/25 - Thursday:
NO PRACTICE / SKI ON YOUR OWN! Off or 1:15 Over Distance Technique of your choice Ski on your own
12/26/24 - Friday am:
NO PRACTICE / SKI ON YOUR OWN! Off or 1:15 Over Distance Technique of your Choice SKI ON YOUR OWN!
12/17/25 Saturday:
NO PRACTICE / SKI ON YOUR OWN! Off or 1:15 Over Distance Technique of your choice Ski on your own
12/28/25 Sunday:
Off!
12/29/25 Monday: Skate Ski at Chimney Park Leave at 8:30 am / 20 min. Warm-up / 5k Time Trial / 10 min. Cool down
12/30/25 Tuesday:
Tuesday pm: Classic Ski at Chimney Park Leave at 8:30 am / 1:15 OD Classic Ski
1/1/26 - Wednesday:
Waxing for Pinedale at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
1/2/26 Thursday:
