Cool Down Wednesday: Spacific Strength 6:00 or 6:30 am Wednesday: Classic Ski Over Distance 1:30 Thursday: Yoga 6:45 am Thursday: Classic skiing / 15 min. Warm up / No pole work / 10 min. Cool Down Friday: Skate Skiing / 10 min. Warm up / Game Day / 10 min. Cool Down Saturday: Skate Skiing / 2 hr Trail Chalange
