Intensity Block Here We Come!

We are headed into our intensity block which means practices are going to be getting shorter but will include a lot more speed!  This is a fun part of the season!  I hope you are looking forward to it as much as Dan and I are!!  See you tomorrow!

Monday:  6:00 am or 6:30 am Specific Strength
Monday:  Skate skiing / 30 min. Warm up / Body Position & Timing / 15 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  6:45 am Yoga
Tuesday:  Classic skiing / 30 min. Warm up / Moose Hill Intervals / 15 min. Cool Down

Wednesday:  6:00 am or 6:30 am Specific Strength
Wednesday:  Classic skiing/Over Distance

Thursday:  6:45 am Yoga
Thursday:  Skate skiing / 30 min. Warm up / Specific Strength / 15 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Skate Skiing / Game Day

Saturday:  Bring a parent to practice day! / Classic Over Distance
