Monday: Off or OD workout 


Tuesday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga! 


Wednesday: 5pm, Stadium Parking Lot 1:00 - 1:30 OD Run!

 
Thursday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, yoga! 


Friday: 6:15, Turtle Rock, Breakfast Club rollerski! 


Saturday: LSD 2:00 Hike/Bike/Run!
