Happy 4th of July!!

This week can be an interesting one for training.  Some times its just better to enjoy family time and hit the training hard again the next week!

Here is the training:

Monday:  Off / OD Work
Tuesday:  Strength / Yoga 5:00 pm
Wednesday:  OD Run 5:00 Stadium Parking Lot
Thursday:  No Practice / Hike or Bike if you can!
Friday:  No Practice / Hike or Bike if you can!
Saturday:  No Practice / Hike or Bike if you can!
Sunday:  No Practice / Hike or Bike if you can!
