August 3rd - 9th

Wow!  I can't believe we are starting August!

If you have been hitting the training hard this week will be a perfect time to take a rest week before starting your fall sports.

Here is the plan:

Monday:  Rest Day Take a nap while you still can!

Tuesday:  Active recovery run and core

Wednesday:  1:00 Active recovery run

Thursday:  5 pm Lab School Gym Run / Strength / Core / Yoga

Friday:  Rest Day Take a nap while you still can!

Saturday/ Sunday:  One day do an OD workout the other day Take A Nap!!
