Week 8 - Lander Race
Happy New year everyone!!! We will be jumping into 2017 with both feet so I hope you are rested up! This will be our first week of our intensity block and we will be leaving for Lander on Thursday. We also will be starting new core rotation but we will be doing it in the same place and same time as before. Just a quick reminder the reason we do the core is because that is the most important group of muscles for a nordic skier. You can't get that 6 pack by watching other people do core! So get after it!!! Monday: New Core 3:15 in usual place Classic Ski / 45 min. Warm up / 20 min. Body Position, Balance and Timing Drills / 10 min.
