Week 5 - Endurance Block & Laramie Race!

Hi All!

Nice job to those that raced this weekend!  It was such a great day and we have the best snow I have ever seen this time of year!  This makes me so stoked for our home races this weekend!

One way to get to be a great skier by watching great skiing!  

Because it is our home race this week we will be doing a lot of "race prep."  Meaning we will be skiing the courses that we will be racing and talking about them a lot!

Here is the plan for the week:

Monday am:  Core and Yoga on Your Own
Monday pm:  Skate Skiing / 20 min. Warm-up / Technique Work / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday am:  20 – 30 min. Run On Your Own
Tuesday pm:  Classic Skiing / 20 min. Warm-up / Ski the racecourse with a Coach

Wednesday am:  Core and Yoga on Your Own
Wednesday pm:  Skate Skiing /  20 min. Warm-Up / Ski the racecourse with a Coach

Thursday am:  20 – 30 min. Run On Your Own
Thursday pm: Waxing / 20 - 30 min. Run

Friday:  

Leave from the High School for Happy Jack at 9:40 am
5k Mass start skate race / Start time 1:00 pm

Saturday:  

Leave from the High School for Happy Jack at 7:00 am
5k Mass start classic race / Start time 10:00 am
