Week 7 Winter Break - Endurance Block

This will be the last week of our endurance block!  Next week we start into our intensity block and we start doing a lot of RACING!

Here is the plan for the week:

Monday am:  No Practice!  Ski on your own 1:30 Over Distance technique of your choice!

Monday pm:  Core and Yoga on your own!

Tuesday:  No Practice Happy New Year!!!
Wednesday:  No Practice Happy New Year!!!

Thursday am:  Meet at the HS ski room at 9:00 am / Skate skiing / 1:30 Cornering Challenge!  

Thursday pm:  Core and Yoga on your own!

Friday:  Meet at the HS ski room at 9:00 am / Classic skiing / 30 min. Warm-up / 2x8 min. Intervals / 30 min. ski on your own

Saturday:  Meet at the HS ski room at 9:00 am / Classic skiing / 1:30 Over Distance Ski
