6 & 7 Week - Endurance Block

 Greetings Skiers!  I can't believe we are headed into winter break! The season is going so quickly! It is important to keep training through the break so you don't lose the fitness you have gained. Also, this is a great time to do a lot of skiing! All of the practices over the break will be from 8:30 to 12:30.  Chimney Park got some new snow so we will head out there for practice.  Here is the training for the next 2 weeks: 12/22/25  Monday: 1:30 OD Classic Ski at Chimney Park Leave at 8:30 am / 30 min. 5th Week - Endurance Block

What an awesome weekend of relay racing at Chimney Park!  It was so excellent to do some fun racing!  Keep up the hard work, it is going to pay off!  We have another full week of training planned this week so keep up the awesome work of making it to practice! Once again, thank you for your flexibility and growth mindset as mother nature continues to throw us curve balls.  The workouts in Green are optional for those who feel they need to get in more hours. 4th Week - Endurance Block

We are off to a great start to the season!  We got some great skiing last week and a good time trial.  I hope you all got some rest on Sunday and are ready for another full week. Sadly, our Jackson race was canceled so we will be here for the week.
