Week 9 - Intensity Block / Jackson Race


We had a great weekend in Pinedale so let's keep going and have another great one in Jackson!

Here is the plan for the week.  

Monday am:  Sleep In!
Monday pm:  Recovery Day No Practice!  Talk to your teachers about being gone!

Tuesday am:  20 – 30 min. Run On Your Own
Tuesday pm:  Classic Skiing / 20 min. Warm-up / Technique Work / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  Core and Yoga on Your Own
Wednesday pm:  Skate Skiing / 20 min. Warm-up / 4x4 min. Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday am:  Leave for Jackson at 7:00 am
