Double Pole
Hey!
For all of you out there with rollerskies or rollerblades a good way to get some upper body strength is to head out to the green belt and do a double pole work out.
So work out for the day
20 min warm up
20 - 30 min double pole
10 min. cool down
Or if you are feeling tired go ahead and take a rest day.
