Monday: Skating Warm Up 15 min. / Drills 40 min. / Cool Down 10 min.

Tuesday: Classic Warm Up 15min. /Intervals 4 x 6 min. / Cool down 10 min.

Wednesday: Warm up 15 min. / General Strength / Cool Down 10 min.

Thursday: Waxing and Team Dinner

Friday: Leave for Casper at 7:30 am / 12:00 Start / Classic Sprints

Saturday: 9:00 am Start / Long Skate Race
