Week 10

I hope that everyone is ready for another amazing week of training!

Here is the weeks training:

Monday am:  No Practice Sleep In!
Monday pm:  3:30 usual place Skate Ski / 20min. Warm Up / Weight Forward Drills / 15 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm up / 4x3 min. Intervals / 15 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  6:00 am Velocity Strength
Wednesday pm:  Skate Ski / 1:00 Over Distance and Technique

Thursday:  Yoga at the Education Gym 6:30

Friday:  Skate Ski / 30 min. Warm Up / Team Sprint

Saturday:  9:00 am at the LHS Teachers Lot / Classic Ski 1:30 Over Distance

** Those of you who plan to help with wee ski there is a Safely meeting at 11:00 am right after practice!
