Okay!  We are headed into the "sharpening" part of our season.  Think of your body like a sword.  We have gathered the steel, melted the metal, done the pour, let it cool, taken it out of the cast and now all we have to do is make it sharp!

This means we will gradually be cutting back on hours but we will still be doing intensity, technique and Drills.

Monday am:  6:00 am Velocity Strength
Monday pm:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / Technique Sharpening / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Skate ski / 20 min. Warm Up / Sprint Practice / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  No Practice
Wednesday pm:  Classic Ski / 30 min. Ski / Leg Speeds / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday:  6:30 am Leave for Soldier Hollow / Ski at Venue / Bring $8.00 for trail Fee / Wax

Friday:  Freestyle Skate Sprints / Start Time 9:00 am / 15 sec. Interval Starts / Boys then Girls

Saturday:  Classic 5, 10, 15k Distance Race / Start Time 9:00 am / Mass Start / Boys then Girls
