Week 8 - Start of Intensity Block

Hope everyone had a great holiday!  We are looking at a fun and busy week!

Here is the scoop!

Monday am:  6:00 am Yo-Ski and Rolling
Monday pm:  Skate Ski / 30 min. Warm up / Agility and balance / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Classic Ski 20 min. Warm Up / 2 x 10 min. Ridge Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  6:00 or 6:30 am Strength Velocity
Wednesday pm:  Skate Ski / Over Distance / 1:30

Thursday:  Classic Ski 20 min. Warm up / 30 min. Double pole / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Ski / 20 min. Warm up / Game / 10 min. Cool Down

Saturday:  Over Distance Classic Ski
