Recovery Week

This is a recovery week so take as many days off as you need to rest up and be ready for the next two weeks of training.

Monday: Off
Tuesday: Strength and Yoga 50 min.
Wednesday: Recovery Run 40 min.
Thursday: Strength and Yoga 50 min.
Friday: Off
Saturday: LSD Rollerski with Double Pole 40 min.
Sunday: LSD Run 1:15
