Gone for Vacation

Recovery Week

This is a recovery week so take as many days off as you need to rest up and be ready for the next two weeks of training. Monday: Off Tuesday: Strength and Yoga 50 min. Wednesday: Recovery Run 40 min. Thursday: Strength and Yoga 50 min. Friday: Off Saturday: LSD Rollerski with Double Pole 40 min. Sunday: LSD Run 1:15

Summer Training

Just wanted to say good job to all who did the UW ski camp! Here is what will be happening for the rest of the summer: You are welcome to come join the UW team Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 pm at the high school for strength training and yoga. Wednesdays they will be meeting at 5:15 pm in the union parking lot to go for a run. Most importantly, get out and do something! Hope you all have a fantastic summer!!!
