Peaking!

Hi All!  

We are into our Peaking part of our season so what that means is that we will be doing the same sort of training but it will be getting shorter in hours and shorter in interval length.  Supercompensation here we come!

Monday:  Classic Skiing / 15 min. Warm up / Don't be afraid to fall Drills / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Classic Skiing / Warm up 15 min. / 5 x 2 min. Intervals with full Recovery / 10 min. Cool Down 

Wednesday:  Skate Skiing / 45 min. Active Recovery / 30 min. Double Pole for V2

Thursday:  Skate Skiing / 15 min. Warm Up / Time Trial / 10 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Classic Skiing / 1:15 Zone 1 with 10 x 10 sec. leg speeds

Saturday:  Classic Skiing / 45 min. Active Recovery / Possibly Snowies?
