Here is the training for this week: 

Tuesday: 5 - OD Run, 5:45 - Strength, 6:30 - Yoga Laramie High School Weight Room 

Wednesday: 4:30 - OD Run - Meeting place TBA 

Thursday: 5 - OD Run, 5:45 - Strength, 6:30 - Yoga 

Friday: Breakfast Club! 6am rollerski at Turtle Rock 

Weekend! Get out and do something LONG and fun and invite others!
