Week 11 - Mid Season Recovery

Monday:  No Practice Happy MLK Day!  Core and yoga on your own or take a nap! 

Tuesday AM:   20 - 30 min. Run / Plyos on your own

Tuesday PM:  Skate Skiing / 30 min. Warm up / 45 min. Technique and Agility / 15 min. Cool Down

Wednesday AM:  20 min. Core on your own

Wednesday:  No Practice! 1:15 OD ski on your own or take a nap!

Thursday AM:  20 - 30 min. Run on your own / Plyos

Thursday PM:  Classic Skiing / 30 min. Warm up / 4x3 min intervals / 15 min. Cool Down

Friday:  Skate Skiing /  30 min. Warm Up / Agility Course / 10 min. Cool Down

*Friday Evening:  Team Dinner!!!!  Everybody is welcome!!!! 

Saturday:  Freestyle  Skiing / Pole Mt Shuffle 5k or 10k - Meet at the bus at 8:00 am Race starts at 9:30.  

* If you don't want to race that is fine!  You can come to do an over distance ski as well.  

* If you are racing be ready to go!
