Hi All!  Guess what, this is the last week for morning practice!

Monday Morning:  6:30 am General Strength (last week)
Monday Afternoon:  Classic Skiing / Warm Up 30 min. / Drills / 15 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Skate Skiing / Over Distance 1:15

Wednesday Morning:  6:30 am General Strength (last week)
Wednesday Afternoon:  Star Light Streak Sprint Relays

Thursday:  Leave for Soldier Hollow 6:30 am

Friday:  Skate Sprints / Start Time 9:00 am

Saturday:  5,10k Classic Race / Start Time 9:00 am

Sunday:  Off!
