Here is the training for the week.  

Monday: Off or OD workout, this is a good day to swim!
Tuesday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga!
Wednesday: 5pm, Stadium Parking Lot OD run!
Thursday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga!
Friday: 6:15am, Turtle Rock, Breakfast Club
Saturday: OD work out
Sunday: 
Off or OD workout, this is a good day to swim!
