Here is the training for this week: 

Monday: Nap or OD workout 
Tuesday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga! 
Wednesday: OD Run, Bike or Hike 2:00 

Thursday: 5pm, High School, Run, Strength, Yoga! 
Friday: 6:15am, Turtle Rock, Breakfast Club Rollerski! 
Weekend: Have fun and do something awesome!
