Week 12

With Soldier Hollow behind us we are looking at two races left, Laramie and then State in Pinedale.

If you or your parents are are willing to help with the home race please let me know!

Here is our schedule for training this week:

Monday am:  No Practice - Sleep in!
Monday pm:  Skate Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / Sharpening Drills & Agility / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / Ladder Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday am:  Velocity Strength 6:00 am
Wednesday pm:  Skate Ski / 1:15 Over Distance / Name the Jr. Nationals Team
Wednesday Evening:  Girls Night at Becca's 6:30 pm

Thursday:  Yoga or Rest Day 

Friday:  Skate Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / Game / 10 min. Cool Down

Saturday:  Skate Ski / 9:00 am LHS Cafeteria / Over distance 2:00
