Week 15 - State!!

Let's get Stoked!!  The final week of the season is upon us!  

Here is what our week will look like:

Monday:  Skate Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / 20 min. Sharpening Drills / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Classic Ski / 20 min. Warm Up / 10 x 30 sec. Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down
                 - Guys night at Becca's 6:30 pm

Wednesday:  Skate Ski / 30 min. Warm Up / Leg Speeds / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday:  7:30 am Leave for Pinedale / Ski & Wax / Eat Dinner

Friday:  10k Skate Race / 1 skier every 15 sec.

                      - Varsity Boys 10:00 am
                      - Varsity Girls 10:40 am

Saturday:  5k Classic Race / 1 skier every 15 sec.
                   
                     - Varsity Women 10:00 am
                     - Varsity Men 10:30 am
