Week 14 - Taper

Great job this weekend everybody!  Remember as we go into the last two weeks of practice it is important not to do too much but not to do too little.  Please make it to every practice that we have!

Monday:  


Rest Day!!  No Practice.  Take a day off or 1:00 active recovery ski 

Tuesday: 

Skate Skiing / 20 min. warm up / 10 min. of Ladder Intervals / 10 min. cool down

Wednesday:

Classic Skiing / 1:00 Over Distance 

Thursday:

Classic Skiing / 20 min. warm up / 20 min. Double Pole / 10 min Cool Down

Friday: 

Skate Skiing / 30 min. warm up / Fun Relay / 10 min. cool down

Saturday:

No Practice!! Take a day off or 1:00 active recovery ski
