Tuesday: 

Classic Skiing / 20 min. Warm Up / Gravity Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday:

Skate Skiing / 45 min Over Distance / Leg Speeds

Thursday:

Leave for Denver 2:30 pm from LHS Cafeteria 

Friday: 

Fly out of DIA and in MN / drive to Cable Wi

Saturday:

Ski the courses!!!
