Monday:  

Skate Skiing / 30 min. warm up / Sharpening Drills / 10min. cool down 

Tuesday: 

Classic Skiing / 20 min. Warm Up / Relay Intervals / 10 min. Cool Down

Wednesday:

Skate Skiing / 45 min Over Distance / Leg Speeds

Thursday:

Leave for Casper at 7:00 am / Ski the course / Wax / Dinner / Bed

Friday: 

Skate Race 5k / Start time 10 am / 15 sec. intervals / Varsity Boys then Varsity Girls

Saturday:

Classic Race 10k / Start time 10 am / 15 sec. Intervals / Varsity Girls then Varsity Boys
