June 13th - 19th

Summer is the time for adventure so if at any time you decide to do something off of the training schedule that is just fine!  Just remember to put it in your training log (that you are keeping right)

Here is the weeks training:

Monday:  Rest Day or Yoga / Spend some time with a foam roller

Tuesday:  Run/Core/Strength with the UW team at Cross Fit 7220 6:30 am 

Wednesday:  1:00 - 1:15 min. Over Distance Run or Bike

Thursday:  Run/Core/Strength with the UW team at Cross Fit 7220 6:30 am 

Friday:  Breakfast Club!  Turtle Rock Coffee Shop 6:30 am Rollerski

Saturday:  2:00 - 3:00 hour Run/Hike - Climb a Mt.

Sunday:  Rest Day
